boss problem and none of u r helping me.
ok so my boss again grabbed me under table at a meeting !!!! he pretended to drop something on my lap and while picking up he groped me hard. he didn't look at my face but after meeting he winked !! i dont know if i should approach this married guy and clarify things or just not say much as my job might be at stake. he has called all staff for some drinks lets see if i can just ask him? worried guys need help.

if you dont want to get involved with this man then i would say something now before things get too far in. he might think your interested also if your not saying anything. approach him privately and explain that you are not interested. if you did anything to make him think otherwise, apologize and tell him that you wont hold anything he did against him. and for your lack of explanation was because you were afraid to lose your job.
if he does threaten to fire you, then you can do the same back by filing an unjust firing and explain that he fired you because you rejected him and that things would be a thousand times worst for him if he does fire you.
anything you do at this point is all about how you approach the situation.
